We Only Employ Highly-Trained Experts 

Even though the majority of our staff has previous law enforcement or military backgrounds, we go the extra mile when it comes to building the Night Eyes team. 

All officer applicants are thoroughly screened by undergoing an initial background check conducted by both Night Eyes and local law enforcement agencies. Another background is conducted by the state through the Department of Public Safety. Each applicant has an intensive pre-employment background check and prior to placement at a site, will have gone through pre-employment training sessions. All applicants also undergo reference checks, drug screening, and extensive interviews. Those who are employed are given continuing and valuable in-depth training. Also, each employee is certified by the Department of Public Safety Private Security Bureau.

We continue to cross-train our employees as well as maintain all certifications up to date to avoid disruption of their contracted service. We do this to continue our great relationship with local and state law enforcement and medical departments. 

Armed and Unarmed Guard Service

Our security guards are trained to take care of any task, both armed and unarmed. We evaluate the task and help determine if our security guards should be armed, but also listen to our clients to understand their preferences regarding the situation.

Night Eyes is Insured and We Carry General Liability Insurance

For your protection, Night Eyes Protective Services employees always carry general liability insurance. We find this coverage to be adequate for most situations. However, in certain instances, a client may desire or require higher coverage. We are able to obtain higher limits when necessary.

OUR PROCEDURE

We have the trust and confidence to be transparent with how we operate and conduct our basic procedures. You can expect the following from our security guard services:

• Security officers will conduct thorough checks of your premises in a timely manner.
• Security officers will maintain daily logs of all activity observed while on duty and will be turned in on the basis the client desires. 
• Incident and maintenance reports will be turned in as incidents occur or as the client desires. (other logs, such as sign in and out sheets and inventory logs may be created as required). 
• Security officers will answer and monitor the client’s phone(s) if the client desires and will attend the customer phone procedures course given by Night Eyes staff.
• If required, security officers will perform employee merchandise checks such as bags, purses, lunch boxes, or other items carried by employees for the purpose of possible theft. 
• Security officers will assist authorized visitors or client customers with their needs as required by the client. 
• Security officers will be alert and monitor and report all activity observed and will report incidents immediately to the client. 
• Other duties may apply as desired by the client to better fit the needs of that purpose.
